Could I please get a price check on my Cruel Twin Hammer of Hammer Mastery?

Its a gold hammer with max damage, but req 11.

Mods include:
-Damage +20% while health is below 50%
-Lengthens deep wound duration on foes by 33%
-Hammer Mastery +1 20%

Also, could I get a price check on these 3 green items?

1: The Purifier - Engery +12 req 9 inspiration magic
-reduces dazed duration on you by 20%
-Health +60 (while hexed)

2: Claw of the Broodmother

3) Lians Lantern - Energy +12 req 9 fire magic
- fire magic +1 (20% chance)
- health +30
